Applies to: Atascocita Concrete Company at concretecontractoratascocita.com
By accessing or using the Atascocita Concrete Company website at concretecontractoratascocita.com, or by requesting, accepting, or purchasing services from Atascocita Concrete Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our site.
Atascocita Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and related work for residential and commercial properties. Services are provided in Atascocita, TX and surrounding areas as described on our website.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the execution of a written agreement between the customer and Atascocita Concrete Company prior to work beginning. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to perform services at a specific price.
Estimates provided verbally, by email, or through our website are non-binding until confirmed in a signed written contract. Prices are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Actual costs may differ if site conditions, project scope, or material prices change before work begins.
Written contracts will specify the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total price. Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed must be agreed upon in writing as a change order. Additional work requested on-site that is not included in the original contract may be billed separately.
Prices on our website are for general informational purposes only and may not reflect current market rates for materials or labor.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to weather, material availability, and crew scheduling. Concrete work cannot be performed safely in extreme rain, freezing temperatures, or other hazardous conditions. Atascocita Concrete Company reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather or other conditions outside our control.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for materials ordered or work already completed, will be specified in your written contract. If a customer cancels after materials have been ordered or delivered, they may be responsible for the cost of those materials.
Payment terms are set in the written project contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Atascocita Concrete Company accepts payment methods as specified in the contract.
Payments not received by the due date stated in the contract may be subject to late fees as specified in that contract. Atascocita Concrete Company reserves the right to suspend or stop work on any project where payment obligations have not been met. The customer remains responsible for all costs incurred up to the point work is suspended.
If collection efforts are required to recover unpaid amounts, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, gas lines, and electrical conduits before work begins. Texas law requires homeowners to contact 811 to have underground utilities marked before excavation. Failure to do so may result in delays, damage, or additional costs for which the customer is responsible.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any required approvals from their homeowners association before project work begins. Atascocita Concrete Company is not liable for project delays or required modifications resulting from HOA rejections that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Where permits are required, Atascocita Concrete Company will obtain them on the customer's behalf unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. Work will not begin until required permits are in place. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all necessary approvals and access rights are in place prior to the start of work.
Atascocita Concrete Company warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any workmanship warranty specific to your project will be stated in your written contract.
Concrete is a natural material. Minor surface cracking, color variation, and surface texture differences are inherent characteristics of concrete and are not considered defects. Warranty claims related to hairline cracks or cosmetic variations that do not affect structural integrity will not be covered.
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Atascocita Concrete Company does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atascocita Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including lost profits, property damage beyond the direct scope of work, or other economic losses.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from services we perform shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
